Draft for solicitor review. South West Directory is a trading name of KTechnology Solutions Limited, registered in England and Wales, company no. 16625813. Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ (not open to visitors). These terms are not a complete commercial contract.

The directory is an information service. Listings and reviews are not advice, not an endorsement, and not a check of insurance, regulation or identity, unless a page expressly says a check has been made. It does not, today.

Example listings are fictional and labelled. Do not rely on them for a purchase, a booking or a repair. Published prices are ex VAT. Featured and Founding Featured requests, and Town Hero interest, do not create a paid subscription and do not take money. Monthly plans are rolling and there is no lock-in. The form does not collect a card.

When a paid plan exists, it will buy only what How rankings work describes: a label and a rail. It will not buy a change to unpaid order, and it will not buy suppression of reviews. The review policy is part of these terms.

You must not submit a fake review, a review you were paid to write unless you disclose that, or a claim for a business you do not represent. You must not scrape the directory to rebuild it. Ordinary linking is fine.

To the extent the law allows, the publisher is not liable for loss caused by relying on a listing, an example, or a review. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under the law of England and Wales. That is the governing law, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
