Falmouth
A deep-water port and a university town. Marine work and student trade sit side by side and are not the same listing.
Recording the page view…
Falmouth's harbour is a working port: repairs, supply, and the businesses that cluster around boats. The university brings a term-time population and a different high-street rhythm. A computer workshop, a café and a marine engineer can share a postcode and share nothing else.
Penryn is next door and is not a separate page. The wider Carrick roads area is not either. If the job is on a boat, say so in the enquiry. If it is a house in town, say that too. The wrong one gets a wrong quote.
Practical notes
- Marine work has access rules a house call does not.
- Term time and holiday time change café and takeaway hours more than they change a repair workshop.
- Truro is close on a map and slow on a Friday.

None yet. Empty category pages are not linked from here, so this town does not grow a grid of thin URLs. A category address still resolves if you open it, and it stays out of the index until a listing exists.
